1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

You may request a refund or return within 7 days of your purchase. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

    • All original accessories (such as manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the product.

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging without any damage;

3. Refund Method

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a quality issue, BINBOND will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If the return is due to a quality issue, BINBOND will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., personal preference), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

BINBOND only accepts return requests for items with quality issues. Returns for personal reasons (e.g., style preference, color preferences, etc.) are not supported.

6. Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive the returned item, we will evaluate and process your refund within 14 business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

    • Customized or personalized watches;

    • Items with visible signs of use or damage (not related to quality issues).

8. Required Information

When submitting a return request, please provide the following information:

    • Your order number;

    • The reason for the return.

9. How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return or refund request, please submit your request through our Contact Us” page. Our customer support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the return address and further instructions.

10. Exchanges

Currently, BINBOND does not offer exchanges. Only returns are supported.
